The Panama City condo real estate market showed signs of positive price appreciation during the first half of 2011. After four years of significant price declines, we have at least temporarily reached the bottom of this downward sale price spiral. The number of sales within the 75 buildings in our data base continues to out-pace the past three years. However, the number of sales in June was down substantially from May.
